Terms & Conditions

  1. Organizer
    This promotion is organized by Fibre Mood ("Organizer").
  2. Promotion Date
    The promotion is valid on Monday, 15 June 2026, between 09:00 CET and 16:00 CET.
  3. How the Promotion Works
    • During the promotion period, one eligible customer per hour will win a refund of their complete order.
    • A total of eight (8) winning orders will be selected.
    • The first winning order will be determined based on purchases made closest to 09:00 CET, followed by one winner for each subsequent full hour up to and including 16:00 CET.
    • For each hourly draw, the eligible order with a timestamp closest to the designated hour will be selected as the winner.
  4. Eligibility
    • The promotion is open to customers placing an order via the Fibre Mood webshop during the promotion period.
    • B2B orders are excluded from participation.
    • Employees of Fibre Mood and any parties directly involved in the organization of this promotion may be excluded from participation.
  5. Winner Selection
    • Order timestamps recorded in the Fibre Mood webshop system will be considered final and binding.
    • In the event of a tie, the order submitted first will be declared the winner.
    • Each customer may win only once during the promotion period.
  6. Prize
    • Winners will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the winning order, including applicable taxes and standard shipping charges.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds will be issued within one week after the winning order has been shipped.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative compensation.
  7. Winner Notification
    • Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their order.
    • Winners will be notified after the promotion has ended and the results have been verified.
  8. Fraud and Abuse
    Fibre Mood reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  9. Liability
    Fibre Mood shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, system errors, delayed transactions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the promotion.
  10. Changes and Cancellation
    Fibre Mood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances make such action necessary.
  11. Acceptance
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Fibre Mood regarding the administration of the promotion.
