I hacked the Victoria top by adding a skirt to make it into a long dress.
I used this lovely sheer dotted fabric and found it really hard to work with in the beginning since it was my first time. I lowered the ruffles on the chest to fit my torso, added 15cm to the sleeves and widened them up for a more dramatic effect.
Then I added the wide skirt and sewed a ruffle on the seam. I really love the result and the fact that I can wear it in all of de different seasons!

De Victoriaanse blouses zijn tegelijkertijd wat preuts, door de hoog gesloten kraag, maar net ook heel erg sexy. Deze Victoria bloes met lange mouwen met polsbandje en opstaande kraag met ruches combineer je makkelijk met een boyfriend jeans. Succes verzekerd.
Stofadvies
De perfecte match voor de Victoria top is een broderie stof (= opengewerkte geborduurde stof uit katoen of katoen-polyester). De zachte, luchtige, naturelle uitstraling van de stof past perfect bij de romantische stijl van de top. Je kan ook een effen katoen of een viscose gebruiken in een licht fris kleurtje of de stof combineren met kant.
