My own Toni

One off my favourite selfmade clothes. It's based on the Toni dress of Fibremood. I cuted the back into 2. I sewed an elastic band in the taille. I also added side pockets. Same pattern but a totaly different result.

Difficulty

XS - XXXL

A loose, straight dress, with a rise just above the knee with half-length raglan sleeves, a round neckline and side pockets in the side seam. It's elegant in its simplicity. If you opt for a ribbon on the side seam, you'll end up with a more sporty look.

Recommended fabrics

The Toni Dress must be made using a tricot fabric.

Depending on the look you want, you can use various types of fabrics.

We used a black interlock fabric. Interlock (e.g. Punta di Roma) is a double-knit tricot that looks the same on both the front and the back. The fabric is heavier and stiffer than single jersey, which is only one layer, and is slightly elastic
