Order as a b2b customer
My order has arrived damaged.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of your order. You can e-mail these to us at b2b@fibremood.com . We will then send you new copies as soon as possible. Will you help us report this correctly to the shipping services? Make sure your photos include the following:
-Photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
-Photo of all damaged magazines side by side
-Detailed photos of the damage
What we offer
Can I give workshops using Fibre Mood patterns?
Yes you can! We have several options for retailers who want to run workshops. Are you a fan of paper patterns custom printed for your participants? Then our Print On Demand patterns might be for you. Are you more of a fan of our PDF patterns? Then purchase our licence for PDF patterns.

Why do I see the retail price for some products?
Our b2b prices always start from 5 pieces. In some cases, this means that you will first see regular retail prices. Once you have five or more of your product in your basket, you will see the retail price appear automatically.
My stock of Fibre Mood is running low, can I still order magazines?
As long as stocks last, you can always order extra magazines at shop.fibremood.com. Please note that our magazines are regularly sold out. To make sure you don't miss Fibre Mood, buy enough magazines before the official launch of the magazine.
Fibre Mood is sold out in the language I wanted to buy, now what?
At Fibre Mood, we do not currently reprint magazines. This means that once a language is sold out, it will remain sold out.
However, we may have a solution for you:
Did you know that every magazine, in every language, includes a universal pattern sheet? That ensures that everyone can sew the Fibre Mood patterns smoothly, no matter what language the magazine is in! Would you like the work instructions in another language? No problem! The work instructions are available for free on the website in all languages. And that's for all Fibre Mood patterns!
